Role Description This full-time, remote Vice President Operations Services role at Planeta Kompetencji is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across the organization. The role involves designing and optimizing processes, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring efficient delivery of services to internal and external stakeholders. The Vice President will lead and develop operations teams, set performance metrics, and monitor results to support organizational growth and client satisfaction. This position also collaborates closely with finance and senior leadership to align operational plans with strategic goals, manage budgets, and support data-driven decision-making. The role requires regular review of operational risks, implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, and clear communication of priorities and expectations across the company.

Strong Operations Management skills to oversee processes, service delivery, and performance optimization.
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support evidence-based decisions.
Solid Finance knowledge to manage budgets, forecast costs, and support profitability and resource planning.
Proven Team Management experience to lead, coach, and develop high-performing, distributed teams.
Demonstrated Strategic Planning capabilities to align operations with long-term business goals and growth initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
Experience in a senior operations or leadership role, ideally within services or consulting environments.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing priorities, time, and collaboration tools efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
