Role Description The Vice President Business Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and executing Planeta Kompetencji’s long-term business direction. This position leads the development of strategic plans, identifies growth opportunities, and aligns business initiatives with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating market trends, overseeing financial and sales performance analyses, and collaborating with senior leaders to prioritize strategic projects. The role also involves guiding cross-functional teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure sustainable growth and competitive positioning. The Vice President Business Strategy is expected to provide clear communication, structured recommendations, and effective leadership to drive decision-making and implementation.
Qualifications

Finance and budgeting expertise, including experience with forecasting, financial modeling, and performance tracking.
Proven experience in strategic planning and business strategy development within a fast-paced environment.
