About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Business Development Associate to drive lead generation, out-of-the-box outreach, and technical content promotion for our industrial automation and Smart Grid solutions. This is an ideal role for an ambitious engineering graduate with a passion for industrial sales, digital platforms, and client engagement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities using LinkedIn, trade directories, and targeted industry databases.
Direct Email Campaigns: Plan and execute direct email marketing outreach to key decision-makers across industrial and energy sectors.
Content & Brand Promotion: Develop and share engaging marketing content focused on electrical automation, SCADA, and Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions.
Sales & Business Development Support: Assist in building the sales pipeline, conducting initial technical discovery calls, and following up on inbound/outbound leads.
Key Requirements & Skills
Education: Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, or a related discipline.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of exposure (or strong internship experience) in SCADA, Industrial Automation, or Substation Electrical Equipment.
Technical Aptitude:
Basic understanding of HMI-SCADA systems, automation platforms, and Industry 4.0 / IIoT concepts.
Familiarity with reading basic electrical drawings and identifying hardware components.
Soft Skills & Language: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), strong self-learning capability, high ownership, and a collaborative team mindset.
