Company Description Abhasa Rehab and Wellness is one of India’s leading rehabilitation and wellness centers, providing integrated bio-psycho-social care for lasting recovery from addiction, mental health disorders, eating disorders, and chronic conditions. Founded in 2019, Abhasa operates serene, sanctuary-like facilities in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra, designed to offer safe, dignified, and deeply personalized healing experiences. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual and combine evidence-based psychotherapy, advanced medical and psychiatric care, traditional healing practices, and holistic wellness activities. The role will also guide change management efforts, develop frameworks for talent pipelines, and implement measurement systems to track the impact of organizational development programs.
