Role Overview
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will own design end to end on key projects, raise the quality of the work, and guide less experienced designers toward a consistent standard.
Key Responsibilities
Design Ownership
Lead design on high-profile editorial, marketing, and campaign work
Translate strategy and briefs into polished, original visual concepts
Maintain and evolve the visual system across channels
Quality & Mentorship
Review work and give clear, constructive design feedback
Mentor junior designers and lift the team's craft
Ideal Candidate Profile
5 to 10 years in graphic or visual design with a standout portfolio
Advanced command of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Strong grounding in typography, layout, and composition
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in media, publishing, or content-led brands
Comfort guiding designers and owning quality on a team
Motion or editorial design skills an advantage
