About the Company
The GCC has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Recruitment Consultant who can keep pipelines full as multiple functions hire at once. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full hiring cycle across several functions hiring in parallel, keeping every pipeline moving.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and define requirements
Source candidates across job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates against the brief
Process & Closing
Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged throughout
Manage offers, negotiation, and a smooth path to joining
Track pipeline and hiring metrics and report on progress
Ideal Candidate Profile
1 to 5 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate-management skills
Confident advising hiring managers and closing candidates
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring across functions or for a high-growth team
Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems and sourcing tools
