Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily production and manufacturing operations.
Monitor slurry preparation, board forming, drying and cutting processes.
Ensure production targets, quality standards and process parameters are maintained.
Monitor dryer performance and moisture control.
Manage raw materials and reduce production wastage.
Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
Manage manpower and shift operations.
Drive process optimization, 5S and safety compliance.
