Responsibilities
Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
Experience required:
Experience in civil litigation or insurance defense or general liability defense or premises liability or product liability or injury defense or civil defense litigation or mass tort or insurance law or medical malpractice.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $210,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
