Position: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: California (Fully Remote)
A well-established plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. The role involves representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, handling cases through various stages of litigation, and helping clients pursue compensation for their injuries and damages.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California
4+ year of legal experience
Trial experience is preferred
Experience handling personal injury cases on the plaintiff side
Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000–$220,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
