TalentLeader Human Resources Consultancy is looking for an experienced Technical Consultant / Architect on behalf of our client, with strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Google Cloud Platform, and Agentic AI technologies.
In this role, you will define and evolve the target architecture of the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (GEAP), establish architectural standards, and guide the delivery of secure, scalable, and governed enterprise AI solutions.
Position Details
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 31 March 2026
Workload: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Work Model: 100% Remote
Language: English (minimum B2; C1 preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Define, maintain, and evolve the GEAP target architecture and technology roadmap.
Assess existing enterprise architectures and design future-state platforms aligned with business and technology objectives.
Develop reference architectures, architectural standards, and reusable design patterns.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical governance to ensure compliance with established standards.
Design enterprise AI solutions leveraging GEAP, Vertex AI, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and related technologies.
Define standards for system integration, security, observability, scalability, and reliability.
Lead technical workshops to identify business needs, assess requirements, and align stakeholders on architectural decisions.
Support engineering and delivery teams with architectural guidance, technical best practices, and implementation recommendations.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and enterprise AI architectures.
Contribute to AI governance, risk management, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.
Support change management and business adoption to ensure successful implementation of enterprise AI solutions.
Communicate architectural decisions, recommendations, and technical concepts effectively to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, AI Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native architecture principles.
Experience with GEAP, Vertex AI, Gemini, Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK), or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
Solid understanding of Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration.
Experience designing APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and secure enterprise architectures.
Knowledge of solution design, AI architecture fundamentals, and enterprise integration principles.
Experience with business process analysis, process discovery, and requirements engineering.
Ability to facilitate technical workshops and translate complex business requirements into actionable architectural solutions.
Understanding of AI governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise security requirements.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication and presentation.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive business adoption and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Key Deliverables
Define and drive the target enterprise architecture for GEAP.
Establish architectural standards, reference architectures, and reusable patterns.
Enable business units to develop and deploy secure, scalable, and governed Agentic AI solutions.
Ensure alignment between platform architecture, business requirements, technical standards, and strategic objectives.
Provide architectural guidance and governance throughout the enterprise AI solution delivery lifecycle.
