Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and manage the two-wheeler financing sales vertical. This role involves strategizing and executing sales plans to drive growth in the two-wheeler loan segment, ensuring alignment with the bank's financial services objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing sales teams within the financial services industry. This position requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the two-wheeler financing segment.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance, motivation, and professional development.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand the bank’s market presence.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all sales and financing activities.
Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to streamline loan processing and improve customer experience.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives by designing targeted marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
Coordinate with product development teams to tailor financial products that meet the specific needs of two-wheeler customers.
