What You’ll Do
Gain on-site experience at construction sites, quarries, mines, and production facilities.
Analyze data, develop process strategies, and contribute to capital projects.

Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals, utilizing your knowledge and creativity.
Create and present a capstone project to executive leadership, showcasing your achievements and insights.

Develop skills in scheduling, project profitability, accounts receivable, and billing.

Ideal Candidate
Currently enrolled in an accredited trade school, college, or university and in good academic standing.

Tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple assignments at once.

Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
Hold a valid driver’s license (DL/CDL), with possible endorsements.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including use of PPE (such as face shield and safety shoes).
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical activity as outlined.
