Responsibilities
Recruit for Engineering, G&A, Product, and Sales roles across the United States.
Source candidates for individual contributor and management roles using LinkedIn, Google, and other sourcing channels.
Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach through close.
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and maintain search momentum.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the recruiting process.
Requirements
3+ years of experience recruiting for Engineering, G&A, Product, and/or Sales roles in the United States.
Greenhouse ATS experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to source and close individual contributor and management roles using LinkedIn, Google, and related tools.
Strong documentation skills.
Strong candidate and hiring manager management skills.
