About the Company
TrustNet is an IT services company. We partner with OEMs and technology vendors such as IBM, Microsoft, Google Cloud and Red Hat to deliver AI and automation projects for Fortune 500 clients.
About the Role
As our Channel Partner Manager, you'll manage TrustNet's side of those relationships. You'll be the main contact for our OEM partners, make sure we get full value from each partner program, and turn those relationships into new opportunities. You'll also run our RFP and RFI process, coordinating experts across the company to submit strong, on-time bids. You'll work closely with our leadership, marketing, sales and delivery teams across the U.S., Brazil and Costa Rica. This is not a quota-carrying sales role. Success means strong partner relationships, a healthy partner pipeline and on-time, high-quality bids.
Responsibilities
Own OEM relationships. Be TrustNet's day-to-day contact with partner managers at our OEM and technology partners.
Run partner programs. Track certifications, tier requirements, renewal dates and benefits such as marketing funds and rebates, so we stay in good standing and use what we earn.
Register and co-sell deals. Register opportunities in partner portals and bring OEM sales teams into deals with our sales team.
Lead RFPs and RFIs. Manage each bid from intake to submission: go/no-go decision, requirements checklist, assigning sections to experts, keeping deadlines, editing responses and submitting on time.
Build go-to-market plans. Create joint business plans, co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement with our key alliances.
Find new partners and opportunities. Identify and qualify new OEM partners and partner-sourced leads.
Keep records current. Maintain partner and opportunity data in our CRM and partner portals, and report regularly on activity and results.
Qualifications
Based in Brazil, able to overlap at least 4 hours a day with U.S. Eastern Time.
Fluent English, written and spoken. You'll work with U.S. partners and clients every day, and interviews are held in English.
3+ years working with OEM partner programs from the partner side, at an integrator, reseller, managed service provider or distributor. You know how tiers, certifications, deal registration and partner portals work.
Proven experience leading RFPs or RFIs from start to finish, not only writing sections. You've coordinated contributors, edited the final response and met strict submission requirements.
Required Skills
Strong with CRM platforms and partner portals, plus Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Organized and reliable. You can manage several partners and deadlines at once without dropping anything.
Relationship-first. You enjoy bringing people together and building trust over time.
Experience that is mainly retail, franchise or telecom sales channels, affiliate programs, or recruiting resellers for your own company's product is not a match for this role.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with IBM, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Red Hat or AWS partner programs, or with major distributors such as TD SYNNEX or Ingram Micro.
Background in IT services, cloud, AI, cybersecurity or enterprise software.
Experience with public-sector bids (licitações) or enterprise procurement.
Spanish, to work with our Costa Rica team and LATAM partners.
