Infinite Computer Solutions seeks a Transformation Lead, Artificial Intelligence to own and advance AI-driven test automation across its healthcare and state-program testing engagements. The person designs, builds, and deploys AI systems that generate and accelerate software testing, and drives their adoption within the testing organization — owning the test-data governance and the stakeholder relationships that make AI testing succeed in regulated environments. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: the holder personally architects and delivers the AI testing solutions and serves as the team's AI subject-matter expert.
Job Descriptions:
Performs highly complex testing and analyzes network systems development including integration, systems testing, interoperability testing, field test plans and customer acceptance plans to maintain the credibility/viability of the system.
Designs, develops, implements and maintains test processes and diagnostic programs for the most complex system testing. Completes specifications and procedures for new products.
Writes test plans for all levels of testing. Maintains records of test progress, documents test results, prepares reports and presents results to as appropriate.
Works with clients to determine systems requirements; writes proposals to recommend process/program and follows through on implementation..
Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
10 or more years of healthcare testing experience
Experience in, Provider and Enrollment Domains
Experience in handling complex E2E projects
Experience with test management tools
Client Management
Hands on Automation Engineer, preferably experience with Selenium – good to have
