CNC Expert

Company Description Linewise partners with frontier labs to train and test their Physical AI systems in real-world industrial environments. Team members work closely with advanced hardware and software teams, contributing to practical deployments that bridge experimental AI and industrial operations.
Role Description We’re looking for experienced CNC/CAM programmers who can take a CAD part and turn it into a production-ready CAM program. On a day-to-day basis, you will review and interpret technical drawings, develop CNC programs, and configure tooling and fixtures to meet tight tolerances and production requirements. This is a contract, remote role, with close collaboration via digital tools and occasional coordination with on-site teams.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on CNC programming and machining experience
Strong Mastercam skills (required)
Fusion 360 CAM is a big plus. Other platforms like NX, SolidCAM, Esprit, or hyperMILL are nice to have
Experience with one or more CNC processes (milling, turning, waterjet, etc.)
Access to CNC machines or a machine shop where you can run and validate programs (Bonus if you own or run your own shop)
