About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team at Ubiquiti Networks. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in network design, deployment, and troubleshooting is essential, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security practices, and wireless technologies is required. Excellent analytical and communication skills are necessary to effectively diagnose issues and collaborate with team members and clients. Familiarity with Ubiquiti’s product ecosystem is a plus, along with experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments.
Responsibilities
Design and implement network solutions that meet organizational needs, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Maintain and troubleshoot complex wired and wireless networks, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with product development and customer support teams to provide technical expertise and ensure seamless deployment of new systems. Conduct regular network assessments and performance tuning to optimize efficiency. Document network configurations, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing. Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and industry best practices, integrating new solutions as appropriate. Provide technical training and support to internal teams and clients, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
