Be the friendly face and reassuring voice that helps patients feel supported every step of the way.

This is a part-time opportunity (4 days per week) on a contract through to August 2027, with the potential for extension.
More specifically, you will:

Coordinate and manage patient bookings to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience
Assist patients with billing and receipting
Provide accurate administrative support including data entry and documentation
Help create a calm, organised and efficient clinic environment
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure patients move seamlessly through their care journey
Maintain patient records with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality
We’re interested in hearing from people who:
Are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and service
Communicate with empathy, professionalism and confidence
Create a sense of calm and trust for patients, offering reassurance and support in a healthcare setting
Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
Are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team
Bring experience with patient billing systems and Medicare processes, which will be highly regarded
Benefits of joining our team:
Be part of a supportive Murdoch clinic team where staff care about each other and their patients
Work in a role where you can make a meaningful impact every day
Receive ongoing guidance and support from experienced leaders
Access award winning learning and development opportunities
Comprehensive wellbeing support for you and your family, including financial, legal and counselling services
