Order Management Executive

The Order Management Executive will play an essential role in coordinating custom apparel orders and ensuring customers receive the right products on time. You will oversee assigned orders from processing through delivery, solving logistical challenges and coordinating with clients, vendors, decorators, and internal teams. This position offers hands-on responsibility and the autonomy to make decisions that improve delivery timelines, control costs, and support business profitability. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where each order brings unique operational challenges. Alongside day-to-day order management, you will contribute to special projects and logistics campaigns that support wider business goals.
