Regional Partnerships Manager (Crypto / Forex)

mSamex is a crypto exchange offering spot and futures trading, with a partner program built for IBs, affiliates and community leaders. We’re expanding region by region and are looking for a few experienced partnership builders who already have a network ready to work with us.
This role is for you if you already have partners ready to onboard. We are not looking for many CVs, only a few people we can start working with right away.
What you’ll do
Bring in and onboard partners in your region: IBs, affiliates, trading communities, signal groups, influencers and agencies
Manage partner relationships end to end: negotiation, onboarding, activation, performance and retention
Grow active traders and trading volume through your partner network
Work with our team on regional campaigns, partner offers and events
Report on pipeline, results and market insights every month
What we’re looking for
Proven business development or partner management experience in cryptocurrency or forex (exchange, broker, prop firm or similar)
An existing network of partners, IBs or communities you can bring on board
A track record you can show: partners onboarded, volume or revenue generated, targets reached
Strong negotiation and relationship skills; self-driven and comfortable working remotely toward monthly targets
Fluent English; regional languages (e.g. Turkish, Farsi, Arabic) are a strong plus
