We are a Dubai-based company seeking an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator specialising in exterior 3D building visualisation to support our London-based client dealing in commercial property development and architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce realistic exterior 3D building renders from architectural drawings.
* Coordinate with UK architects, planning consultants and construction project managers.
* Maintain architectural plans, documents and site photographs on Google Drive and Google Photos.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
* Strong architectural 3D visualisation and computer skills.
* Own computer and reliable high-speed internet.
* Exclusive availability during UK working hours.
* Willingness to travel to the UK and within India when required, at the company’s expense.
Freelance Remuneration:
* ₹36,000 payable monthly.
* ₹48,000 loyalty bonus payable after completing 12 continuous months, subject to contract conditions.
* Total 12-month remuneration: ₹4,80,000, including the conditional loyalty bonus.
