Remuneration: ₹35,000 per month (Freelance Contract)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK Time
( india working time Late March to late October 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM )
( india working time Late October to late March 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM ).
Travel: Must be willing and able to travel within India and to the UK when required.
About the Role
We are a Dubai-based company supporting property development, architecture and construction projects for clients based in London, UK.
We are seeking an experienced, reliable and highly organised 3D Architectural Visualiser & Project Coordinator to create high-quality 3D building renders from architectural drawings supplied by our clients’ architects.
Alongside 3D rendering, the successful candidate will assist with project coordination, document management and communication between architects, planning consultants, contractors and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural 3D Rendering
* Create realistic 3D exterior and interior renders from architectural drawings, elevations and floor plans.
* Convert 2D architectural plans into detailed 3D building visualisations.
* Make revisions following feedback from UK architects and clients.
* Prepare professional building visualisations for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
* Experience with UK architectural projects is highly desirable.
2. Architectural & Construction Coordination
* Coordinate with London-based architects, planning consultants and project managers.
* Organise architectural drawings, approved plans, planning applications and supporting documents.
* Monitor construction project WhatsApp groups for updates, contractor reports, photographs and progress.
* Follow up with architects, contractors and project managers on outstanding information.
* Assist with maintaining accurate project records.
3. Google Drive & Project Documentation
* Maintain well-organised project folders on Google Drive.
* Upload architectural drawings, planning documents, contractor reports and correspondence.
* Save construction photographs and site progress images using Google Photos.
* Ensure all project documentation is correctly labelled, updated and easily accessible.
4. Travel & Team Support
* Must be willing and able to travel to the UK and various locations across India when required.
* Be available to meet and support our UK-based team when they visit India.
* Accompany or assist the team with site visits, project meetings and coordination activities where necessary.
* Have flexibility to travel at reasonable notice, subject to agreed arrangements and applicable visa requirements.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in architectural 3D visualisation.
* Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape or similar software.
* Ability to understand architectural drawings and produce accurate, high-quality renders.
* Previous experience with UK residential or commercial architectural projects preferred.
* Strong computer skills, including Google Drive, Google Photos and Microsoft Office.
* Good spoken and written English.
* Excellent attention to detail, patience and organisational skills.
* Own computer/laptop suitable for architectural rendering and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
* Must be comfortable working independently and coordinating with an international team.
Working Hours & Freelance Conditions
Monday to Saturday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK Time.
The candidate must be available throughout these hours, following UK local time, including seasonal daylight-saving changes.
This is a full-time freelance engagement, with monthly remuneration of ₹35,000, rather than a salaried employment position.
The successful candidate must dedicate these working hours exclusively to our company and must not undertake work for other clients or freelance platforms during this period.
