Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and strategy to delivery and continuous improvement.
Design complex customer journeys across lending, payments, cards, and other financial services.
Translate ambiguous challenges into clear, intuitive, and scalable product solutions.
Develop user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs ready for development.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders to guide product decisions.
Use customer insights, analytics, and research to validate concepts and enhance user experiences.
Help build, maintain, and evolve the design system and shared design patterns.
Ensure design quality throughout implementation, launch, and post-release optimization.
Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical constraints when making design decisions.
Promote design excellence through collaboration, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience designing digital products in consumer technology, e-commerce, mobile applications, or financial services.
Proven experience managing end-to-end product design, from problem definition to launch, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, interaction design, visual design, and product impact.
Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems, with experience designing complex workflows and transactional experiences.
Experience designing native mobile applications and mobile-first experiences.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and proactively drive projects forward.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback in a collaborative environment.
Strong ownership mentality, a bias toward action, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fintech, lending, payments, banking, or other regulated industries, preferably in fast-growing startups or high-velocity product teams.
Experience launching products for emerging markets or large-scale, consumer-facing mobile applications.
Experience contributing to design systems used across multiple products or teams.
Experience working with cross-functional, distributed, or international teams.
Motion and interaction design skills that create polished, intuitive, and engaging product experiences.
