Information Technology Operations Specialist

The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support to employees, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring smooth functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing Windows and macOS systems, administering Microsoft 365 and its portal, supporting user accounts and access management, and assisting with Azure administration. The role also includes maintaining IT documentation and SOPs, supporting cybersecurity practices, coordinating system updates, and assisting with ISO 27001 compliance and IT audits.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and portal management.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and user access management.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Understanding of cybersecurity practices, data protection, and IT policies.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 requirements, audits, and SOP documentation.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred location: Delhi NCR.
