Web Design Specialist

The Web Design Specialist will design and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites that effectively represent Intrinseque Health’s services and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating responsive layouts, designing user interfaces, and collaborating with stakeholders to transform business requirements into intuitive digital experiences. The role involves working closely with marketing, content, and technical teams to ensure consistency in design across all digital assets and to optimize sites for usability and performance. The Web Design Specialist will also regularly update existing pages, conduct design reviews, and implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with experience creating modern, accessible, and user-centered websites.
Proficiency in User Interface Design, with the ability to translate complex information into clean, intuitive layouts.
Hands-on experience in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, to implement and refine designs.
Graphic Design skills for producing visual assets such as icons, banners, infographics, and marketing collateral.
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, web performance, and basic SEO principles as they relate to design.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
