Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Investment Manager role based in Vijayawada. The Associate Investment Manager will analyze real estate investment opportunities, support transaction structuring, and assist in developing investment strategies aligned with Square Yards’ portfolio objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial modeling, market and risk analysis, preparing investment memos and reports, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of deals. The role involves monitoring the performance of existing investments, updating databases and dashboards, and contributing insights to improve returns and mitigate risks. The Associate Investment Manager will also participate in client meetings, support due diligence, and ensure compliance with relevant financial and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Investment Management and Investments, with experience evaluating and managing real estate or financial assets.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and proficiency in Investment Strategies, including financial modeling and risk-return assessment.
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Finance, including understanding of capital markets, valuation methods, and financial statements.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; familiarity with data analytics platforms or BI tools is beneficial.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in real estate investments, investment banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
