Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AutoCAD Operator role based in Pulwama. The AutoCAD Operator will create, modify, and update detailed technical drawings and garment-related layouts in alignment with production and design requirements. Daily tasks include interpreting design briefs, preparing accurate CAD patterns and schematics, coordinating with design, production, and quality teams, and maintaining organized digital drawing files. The role also involves reviewing drawings for accuracy, updating revisions as needed, and ensuring that all CAD work meets company standards and timelines. The AutoCAD Operator will use computers and related software tools extensively and support back-office documentation related to design and technical specifications.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Computer Operations and Computer Literacy skills to efficiently use AutoCAD and related software.
Candidates should possess accurate Typing skills and basic Back Office Operations capabilities for maintaining digital records and documentation.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to collaborate with design, production, and quality teams.
Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD tools and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in apparel, textile, or manufacturing design environments is an advantage.
Relevant technical diploma or certification in CAD, drafting, or a related field is preferred.
