Role: Technical Business Analyst – Network/Wireless

Job Description
The key point with this role is that we need a BA-first profile with strong Enterprise Network/Wireless domain exposure, rather than a Network/Wireless Engineer who has performed some stakeholder or project activities.
Role Description:
BA experience we should look for:
Requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
BRDs / FRDs / RTMs
Epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
Process mapping and gap analysis
Jira / Confluence and Agile delivery
UAT and requirements traceability
Experience working closely with Network Architects and Engineering teams
Network/Wireless knowledge:
Enterprise WLAN / Wi-Fi
Access Points, Wireless Controllers and SSIDs
NAC / Cisco ISE
802.1X and wireless authentication
DNS, DHCP and IPAM
LAN/WAN, routing, switching and network security
The candidate does not need to be hands-on configuring or troubleshooting these technologies. However, they should understand them well enough to gather requirements, challenge/clarify technical inputs and translate discussions with Network SMEs into BA deliverables.
Travel to Pune as needed
