Key Responsibilities:
Should have minimum 2 years of experience.
UK and Europe Experience is required.
Source and identify SAP professionals through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
Work on requirements across SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP, SAP HANA, etc.
Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial HR/technical discussions
Understand job requirements and match candidates based on technical skills and experience
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS systems regularly
Build and maintain a strong network of SAP professionals
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, etc.)
Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search techniques
Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
