About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join the life insurance industry as Sales Executives / Insurance Consultants.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates who enjoy sales, building relationships, and helping people understand financial protection solutions. Candidates with no previous insurance experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential customers through personal networks, referrals, and other appropriate channels.
Understand customers’ needs and introduce suitable life insurance solutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Provide clear information about insurance products, benefits, and policy conditions.
Follow up with potential customers and support them throughout the consultation process.
Participate in training and comply with applicable insurance regulations and professional standards.
Requirements
Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Interest in sales, customer service, and financial protection.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Comfortable communicating with potential customers and following up on leads.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, or insurance is an advantage, but not required.
Training & Development
Two days of online training.
One assessment session after training.
Guidance on insurance knowledge and customer consultation.
An opportunity to explore a career in life insurance and develop sales skills.
Compensation & Working Model
This is an insurance agency/consultant opportunity. Earnings, commission arrangements, and working conditions will be explained during the introduction process. This is not a fixed-salary employment position.
