EvikNova is building a global AI-powered business operating ecosystem designed to bring business operations, customer management, communications, workflows, intelligence, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities into one connected enterprise platform.
As we prepare for commercial launch and global scale, we are seeking an experienced Vice President of Global Operations to build and lead the operational discipline required to support a fast-growing enterprise technology company.
The Role
This is not an administrative operations position.
The Vice President of Global Operations will report directly to the Founder & CEO and be responsible for turning executive priorities into coordinated execution across the organization.
You will work across Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security & Compliance, Growth, HR, Finance, Customer Operations, vendors, and international teams to ensure priorities have clear ownership, deadlines, dependencies, measurable outcomes, and appropriate escalation.
A major initial responsibility will be helping drive company-wide operational readiness for EvikNova's commercial launch.
We need an executive who does not wait to be told that something is falling behind. You should identify risks early, follow through with responsible leaders, resolve cross-functional blockers, and ensure commitments move through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Translate CEO and company priorities into executable operating plans, owners, deadlines, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
Drive cross-functional accountability and follow-through across company leadership and teams.
Establish and manage company-wide operating rhythms, executive dashboards, performance reviews, escalation processes, and operational reporting.
Lead operational readiness for product launches, customer onboarding, commercialization, and international expansion.
Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, Security, Compliance, Growth, HR, Finance, and Customer Operations.
Proactively identify delivery risks, missed commitments, resource constraints, operational gaps, and dependencies before they affect major company objectives.
Ensure action items and executive decisions are followed through to completion without requiring continuous CEO intervention.
Build scalable SOPs, operational controls, policies, governance processes, and accountability structures.
Establish and monitor company and departmental KPIs.
Improve operational efficiency, resource allocation, vendor management, budgeting, and cost controls.
Partner with HR on workforce planning, organizational structure, hiring priorities, onboarding, performance management, and leadership accountability.
Coordinate operational requirements associated with enterprise security, compliance, risk management, business continuity, and vendor management.
Develop operational processes capable of supporting significant growth in customers, employees, countries, partners, and revenue.
Support post-launch stabilization and establish the operating structure required for continued global scale.
January 2027 Launch Mandate
The successful candidate will join EvikNova during a critical stage of company growth.
Before launch, you will be expected to rapidly understand the organization and establish visibility across:
Product and engineering readiness
Production and infrastructure readiness
QA and release readiness
Security and compliance
Third-party/vendor dependencies
Customer onboarding and support readiness
Growth and go-to-market dependencies
Workforce and operational coverage
Escalation and incident-management processes
Launch-day and post-launch operational coordination
You must be comfortable joining an organization already moving at speed and producing results quickly.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive operations, business operations, or executive leadership experience, with significant experience in SaaS, enterprise software, AI, cloud technology, fintech, or another technology-driven organization.
Prior experience as a VP, Head of Operations, Senior Director of Operations, Strategy & Operations leader, or comparable senior role.
Demonstrated experience helping scale a high-growth technology company.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and recurring-revenue business models.
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience establishing KPIs, executive dashboards, operating cadences, performance controls, and accountability systems.
Strong financial and commercial understanding, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, vendors, and operational efficiency.
Experience working with globally distributed teams and across multiple time zones.
Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, Security, and technical leadership.
Exceptional follow-through, judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to challenge senior leaders constructively and hold teams accountable for commitments.
Comfortable working directly with a Founder/CEO in a high-expectation, fast-moving environment.
Strongly Preferred
Experience with enterprise SaaS launches, multi-tenant platforms, AI/ML products, cybersecurity/compliance, international operations, global expansion, enterprise customer onboarding, cloud infrastructure, or rapidly scaling technology organizations is highly desirable.
Who Should Not Apply
This position is not appropriate for candidates whose experience is primarily office administration, facilities, executive assistance, HR administration, project coordination, or traditional non-technology operations.
We are looking for someone who has personally operated at senior level inside a technology business and can demonstrate what they owned, what they changed, and what measurable results they produced.
