Role Description The Engineer–Rooftop Solar role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, India. This role involves O&M of rooftop solar PV systems. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with site teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, monitoring site performance progress, and supporting breakdowns and performance testing of systems. The role also requires collaboration with clients to clarify technical requirements, provide on time and regular operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the solar industry and solar power fundamentals.
Candidates should possess practical experience working with rooftop solar systems and related equipment.
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, standards, and manufacturer specifications.
Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations for solar installations in India.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work safely on-site.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
