Job Description – Customer Support Associate (International Process)
Location: Sector 30, Gurugram (Work From Office)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shifts: Rotational, including Night Shifts
Week Offs: Rotational
CTC : Upto 35K
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
Follow process guidelines and meet quality and productivity targets.
Requirements:
Graduates/Undergraduates; with 6 months of experience in international Process
Excellent English communication skills.
International BPO experience preferred.
Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
Willing to work from the office in Gurugram.
Facilities: Cab facility as per company policy and hiring-zone eligibility.
