I'm recruiting on behalf of an innovative AI-driven Customer Experience (CX) technology consultancy seeking an exceptional, client-facing Project Manager to lead enterprise AI and digital transformation engagements.
What we're looking for:
✅ Strong expertise in Google Gemini Enterprise App and Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (CX).
✅ Proven Project Management experience across enterprise AI, Google Cloud, CX or digital transformation initiatives.
✅ Exceptional consultative presence — able to command an audience, lead executive discussions, facilitate workshops and confidently challenge stakeholders.
✅ End-to-end project delivery experience, including planning, scope, governance, risks, resources and implementation.
✅ Strong customer relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
🎯 This isn't a back-office PM role. We're looking for a confident technology consultant who can:
✅ Own the room, drive customer conversations and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
