I'm recruiting on behalf of an innovative AI-driven Customer Experience (CX) technology consultancy seeking an exceptional, client-facing Business Analyst to support enterprise AI and digital transformation engagements.
What we're looking for:
✅ Strong expertise in Google Gemini Enterprise App and Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (CX).
✅ Proven full-lifecycle Business Analysis experience across enterprise AI, Google Cloud, CX or digital transformation initiatives.
✅ Exceptional consultative presence — able to command an audience, lead customer workshops, facilitate requirements discussions and confidently challenge stakeholders.
✅ End-to-end Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, user stories, testing, UAT and end-user training.
✅ Strong semi-technical capabilities — able to bridge business and technical teams, translate customer requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions and support implementation and adoption.
🎯 This isn't a documentation-only BA role. We're looking for a confident technology consultant who can:
✅ Own the room, facilitate customer conversations and translate complex business needs into meaningful technology outcomes.
