Role Description The Operations Manager (Contract, Remote) will oversee day-to-day operational activities for parking infrastructure projects across multiple locations. This role includes coordinating project timelines, managing installation and service workflows, tracking resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The Operations Manager will collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer support teams to streamline processes, resolve operational issues, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing operational efficiency, preparing regular status reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope in a remote working environment.
