Assistant Director of Housekeeping

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced housekeeping leader to drive operational excellence, hygiene compliance, and housekeeping standards across our cinema operations. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing SOPs, managing housekeeping partners and vendors, ensuring audit compliance, and leading large-scale housekeeping operations to deliver a superior guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and enforce housekeeping SOPs across all cinema locations.
Ensure 100% compliance with internal, external, hygiene, and brand standard audits.
Conduct regular operational reviews and identify gaps in housekeeping processes and compliance.
Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve housekeeping standards and operational efficiency.
Lead manpower planning, deployment, rostering, and training initiatives for housekeeping teams in coordination with regional managers.
Manage relationships with housekeeping agencies, pest control vendors, laundry partners, and other service providers.
Monitor vendor performance through periodic reviews and service-level assessments.
Conduct gap audits, hygiene audits, and brand standard audits across locations.
Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports to track housekeeping performance and compliance metrics.
Manage housekeeping budgets, optimize costs, and review P&L impact related to housekeeping operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational productivity.
Experience: 20-24 Years
Education: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management
Preferred Industry Background: Hotels, Facilities Management
