Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Consultant to lead technical design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to lead a team of Salesforce developers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce development teams and manage end-to-end project delivery.
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
Conduct client discussions, solution design sessions, demos, and technical workshops.
Manage technical deliverables, effort estimations, risks, and quality standards.
Drive Salesforce integrations, data migration, and Agile delivery.
Required Skills
7+ years of overall development experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce development.
Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Lightning, and Visualforce.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud/Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, ERP integrations, SSO, and Git/GitHub.
Experience in solution design, client management, and leading development teams.
3–4 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, and Platform Developer I certifications.
