Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Vidisha MP. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the execution of the drinking water supply project, planning, and supervising water supply civil infrastructure and construction projects in alignment with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities include preparing design calculations and drawings, coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors, and monitoring project progress to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control. The role involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, managing stormwater and drainage systems as applicable, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The Civil Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, support tender and bidding processes when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering and water infrastructure, with the ability to apply engineering principles to Water infrastructure and construction projects.
Candidates should possess skills related to Civil Engineers’ core responsibilities, including Planning of projects, resource allocation, and coordination of site activities.
Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in HDPE Pipeline & OHT/ESR construction management and related infrastructure systems, including drainage, water supply, and utility coordination.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Relevant experience in infrastructure development, construction projects, or government/large-scale projects is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with attention to safety and compliance standards.
Ability to work on-site in Vidisha MP, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and communicate clearly in written and verbal formats.
