Role: Senior Salesforce Engineer
Location: Gowra Palladium, Hi Tech City, Hyderabad
Duration: Fulltime
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work from Office)
Role Overview
Build the reusable Lightning foundation that replaces Skuid dependencies and is consumed by the modernization team. The developer will be hands-on across Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flow and Salesforce configuration, with particular emphasis on reusable UI, data-source, validation, rule and orchestration patterns.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and build reusable Lightning components and framework patterns for forms, grids and actions.
· Develop reusable data-source, validation and business-rule patterns.
· Implement save orchestration and component interaction patterns.
· Build or enhance LWC, Apex and Flow components supporting the common framework.
· Implement logging, telemetry and administrator configuration support patterns.
· Create unit tests and ensure code is bulk-safe, secure and governor-limit compliant.
· Participate in code reviews, technical walkthroughs and framework hardening.
· Support framework documentation, adoption and transition activities.
· Resolve defects identified during functional, regression and UAT cycles for framework-delivered components.
· Support performance tuning and complex Skuid replacement patterns.
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce configuration skills.
· Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS fundamentals.
· Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, governor limits, bulkification and test methods.
· Experience with Git, Salesforce DX and CI/CD-based deployment.
· Experience building reusable Lightning components and enterprise Salesforce solutions.
· Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
. Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
Preferred / Nice to Have
· Experience replacing Skuid or other third-party Salesforce UI frameworks.
· Experience with Jest or LWC testing.
· Experience with telemetry, logging or reusable design systems.

· Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with distributed delivery teams.
· Proactive ownership of delivery commitments, risks, dependencies and issue resolution.
· Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum delivery model using Jira/Confluence or equivalent tools.
· Strong collaboration across architecture, engineering, BA, QA, DevOps/release and program management.
· Clear technical or functional documentation and disciplined adherence to agreed delivery standards.
· Ability to work within agreed offshore/onshore overlap hours and project governance
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
