Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner role located in Madgaon. The Owner will oversee daily business operations, including planning, organizing, and monitoring activities across sales, customer service, and administration. Responsibilities include managing budgets and cash flow, supervising staff, setting performance goals, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and local partners, as well as identifying new business opportunities and driving growth initiatives. The Owner will also be accountable for strategic decision-making, risk management, and maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Ability to work on-site in Madgaon, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing business needs.
Strong ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to creating an inclusive and respectful work environment.
A bachelor’s degree in business, management, commerce, or a related field is beneficial
