We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager - UPI Payments to drive the development of digital payment products, work closely with engineering teams, and deliver scalable solutions across the payments ecosystem.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Own the product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition to development, testing and launch.
Drive UPI product initiatives and develop new payment capabilities.
Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, functional specifications, API flows and edge-case scenarios.
Work closely with Engineering, Banking Partners, Risk, Compliance and Business teams.
Improve transaction success rates, payment reliability and customer experience through data-led decisions.
Ensure alignment with applicable NPCI and RBI guidelines.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of overall experience, with relevant Product Management experience in payments.
Mandatory hands-on UPI product experience.
Experience building or launching fintech/payment products, preferably from inception.
Strong understanding of payment flows, banking integrations and transaction lifecycles.
Ability to work with APIs, technical documentation and product analytics.
Familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is an advantage.
Full-time graduation is mandatory.
