Role Description The Demand Planning Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining demand forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align supply with demand, and monitoring key performance indicators for service levels and inventory. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing historical data and market trends, preparing demand plans, coordinating production planning and inventory replenishment, and identifying risks or opportunities in the demand profile. The Demand Planning Manager will work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to support efficient resource allocation and ensure accurate, timely reporting to leadership.

Candidates should possess strong skills in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, trends, and performance metrics.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Production Planning and Inventory Management.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess proficiency in spreadsheet tools and planning software; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
Candidates should possess relevant experience in demand or supply chain planning within finance, contact centers, or related industries.
Candidates should possess post-secondary education in business, finance, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage part-time, on-site responsibilities effectively.
