Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based at KALKI’s store in Jaipur. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories that match their style, occasion, and preferences, while showcasing KALKI’s collections. Responsibilities include providing personalized styling advice, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, and ensuring an engaging, high-quality shopping experience. The role also involves supporting sales targets, managing visual merchandising on the shop floor, coordinating fittings and alterations when needed, and handling customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills, with an understanding of ethnic Indian and fusion-wear fashion.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact confidently with diverse customers and team members.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to deliver a personalized, respectful, and inclusive in-store experience.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to recommend products, upsell, and contribute to store revenue goals.
Relevant qualifications such as prior experience in fashion retail, styling, or luxury apparel consulting are beneficial.
An eye for detail, sense of current fashion trends, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, are preferred.
