SAP Consultant

Role Description This part-time remote SAP Consultant role at AWS Student Builder Group Universidad del Valle involves supporting SAP-related initiatives and learning projects. The consultant will analyze business requirements, map them to SAP processes, and provide guidance on best practices for configuration and usage. Daily activities include reviewing and documenting business processes, assisting with master data setup, supporting integration between SAP modules or external systems, and troubleshooting functional issues. The role also includes collaborating with student teams, preparing knowledge-sharing materials, and participating in virtual meetings to ensure effective adoption of SAP solutions in academic and project contexts.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify process gaps, and propose data-driven solutions.
Candidates should possess Consulting skills to advise stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and communicate SAP capabilities clearly and professionally.
Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to understand end-to-end workflows and align them with SAP standard functionalities.
Candidates should possess Master Data expertise to help design, maintain, and govern key data objects within SAP environments.
Candidates should possess Integration skills to support data and process flows between SAP modules and external applications.
Knowledge of SAP core modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO, or others) and basic configuration experience is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
Ongoing enrollment or degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical SAP experience.
Interest in cloud technologies and digital transformation, especially within educational and innovation-focused environments.
