Roles and Responsibilities:
Install, configure, administer, and maintain middleware application server environments.
Monitor middleware services, analyze logs, and troubleshoot application and infrastructure incidents.
Execute configuration changes, application deployments, patching, upgrades, service restarts, and routine health checks.
Investigate production issues and coordinate resolution with application, infrastructure, and database teams.
Support operational procedures, incident handling, change management, problem management, and on-call activities.
Skills Required:
Four to twelve years of experience in middleware administration, with strong hands-on experience supporting IBM WebSphere eCommerce environments.
Experience administering enterprise middleware platforms and application server environments.
Ability to troubleshoot application availability, configuration, connectivity, and performance issues.
Experience with application deployment, log analysis, patching, upgrades, and production support.
Good to Have:
Experience with JBoss and middleware administration activities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
