Role Description The Engineer will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects. Daily responsibilities may include preparing technical drawings and documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and assisting in site inspections or quality checks. The role involves analyzing project requirements, contributing to problem-solving efforts, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety practices. The Engineer will also help optimize processes, provide technical input during meetings, and document project progress for reporting and review.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in core engineering principles and ability to apply them to practical projects.
Proficiency with relevant engineering tools or software (e.g., CAD, project management tools) is preferred.
Ability to read, understand, and prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to accuracy and safety.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in an engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
Willingness to work on-site in Noida and support field activities as required.
Prior internship or work experience in engineering or project-based environments is an advantage.
