Role Description The SAP Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The intern will support SAP project teams by assisting in requirements gathering, documenting business processes, and preparing functional and technical specifications under guidance. Daily tasks include working with master data, performing basic configuration and testing in SAP modules such as FICO, and creating clear documentation and reports. The role involves collaborating with consultants and analysts to analyze business requirements, participate in solution design discussions, and help troubleshoot issues in SAP environments. The intern will also contribute to continuous improvement activities, learn best practices in SAP implementation and support, and assist in user training and support activities as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in understanding and documenting business processes, with an interest in process optimization and workflow mapping.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and evaluating system and business requirements.
Candidates should possess foundational consulting skills, including client interaction, requirement gathering, and presenting findings clearly.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of SAP FICO or other SAP modules, including configuration fundamentals and standard SAP functionalities.
Candidates should possess skills in working with master data, including data accuracy, maintenance, and basic data governance practices.
Relevant qualifications: pursuing or completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Additional beneficial skills: familiarity with ERP concepts, basic SQL or data analysis tools, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn, adaptability to dynamic project environments, and a professional interest in SAP consulting and enterprise solutions are highly valued.
