Role Description The Engineer Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The intern will support project teams in designing, developing, and testing components for SAP, ERP, and related enterprise technology solutions under the guidance of senior engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with requirement analysis, writing and reviewing code, preparing technical documentation, and participating in system configuration and integration tasks. The intern will also help troubleshoot issues, perform basic quality checks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, learning best practices, and actively engaging in training or mentoring sessions will be core parts of the role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in programming and software development (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages).
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of databases and data handling concepts (e.g., SQL, relational databases, data modeling).
Candidates should possess understanding of enterprise systems or interest in SAP, ERP platforms, and cloud technologies.
Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging technical issues.
Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to learn from feedback.
Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (pursuing or recently completed) is preferred.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), version control tools (e.g., Git), and basic documentation practices will be beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Pune District and manage tasks in a structured, quality-focused environment.
