Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Denial Lead to manage medical coding denial operations, support denial resolution, and drive team performance. Candidates with a strong QA background and prior team-handling experience are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and monitor medical coding denial management activities.
Analyze coding-related denials and identify recurring issues and root causes.
Coordinate with coding, QA, and other relevant teams to improve denial resolution.
Monitor team productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
Provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve coding accuracy.
Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce denial rates.
Prepare and review performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to client guidelines, coding standards, and quality requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Relevant experience in medical coding, denial management, or coding QA.
Prior team-handling experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of coding-related denials and resolution processes.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to monitor team performance and drive quality improvements.
